What are Inalienable Rights?
Government was first started in this country with the objective of securing and protecting the Inalienable Rights of the People. These Rights are, among others, the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. They are given to us by God. They are not granted by any government or person/people.
In the United States of America, government respects the Inalienable Rights of The People.
That includes the Public Education system.
One such right is that of a parent's custody and rights over their children.
Our kids belong to us, not the government.
It is clear, no government body (and public tax dollars) can be used to undermine the Parent's rights over their children. Furthermore, it cannot be used to undermine the family unit - which has been the most basic social unit spanning back millennia.
Any effort to undermine Parent's Rights and the family unit are Anti-American, and subversive to our society.
